RULES and REGULATIONS

1.  Please use livestock entry form to enter swine.

2.  Refer to general rules that apply to the swine department.

3.  All hogs must have an approved Health Certificate signed within 30 days by an accredited veterinarian showing that the hogs are free from contagious diseases.

4. Youth exhibitors may not be over 19 years of age by the day of the show.

5.  Market hogs must weigh between 220—280 lbs.

6.  Market hogs will be shown by weight regardless of breed.

7.  Barrows or gilts may be shown in the market classes.Barrows must be healed.

8.  All swine must be washed.

9.  Gilts will be shown according to weight.

10.  Each exhibitor is responsible for providing his/her own bedding.

11.  Hogs must be ear taged.

12.  ENTRY FEES:    all swine classes are $3.00/head.

13. PREMIUM AWARDS:

1st - $15.00, 2nd - $12.00, 3rd - $10.00, 4th - $8.00,

5th - $6.00, 6th - $5.00, 7th - $4.00, 8th - $3.00.
