Guidelines for Exhibit Space:

·Exhibit space assignments will be made by the committee on a first come, first serve basis.Full payment is required to reserve a space.

·No refunds unless the responsibility of the Augusta County Fair.

·No selling of Food or Drinks.

·Augusta County Fair reserves the right to prohibit the display or selling of any item that is deemed objectionable by the Augusta County Fair.

·Assignment – substituting – or sharing of space is not allowed.

Inside space only:

·10' X 10' space, 1 table, 2 chairs, pipe and drape are provided. No tablecovers or skirts are provided.If electric service is used you will need a 20' extension cord.
